Margoon Waterfall

Margoun stands in Fars province, beside its namesake village in the Komehr district on the Yasuj–Eqlid route. Zagros springs feed a waterfall approximately 70 metres high and 100 metres wide. The neighbouring village has stepped houses and apple and walnut orchards. In winter, freezing water forms icicles across parts of the waterfall.
